We had a fantastic stay thanks to Kevin's incredible responsiveness. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled everything with ease. His communication was top-notch, which made the whole experience smoother. The house matched the description perfectly, although we did run into a problem with the oven not functioning. Kevin was quick to assess the situation, and while the stovetop was in working order, we didn't mind since we were mostly eating out for a wedding. We were truly grateful for Kevin's extra touches and assistance during our stay. A big shoutout to him for making our trip memorable! We're looking forward to booking with him again in the future.

The location is fantastic, set in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater wasn't functioning, which made the water quite chilly. Thankfully, the hot tub was a wonderful alternative. The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer great privacy if that's what you need. Being an older property, there are some signs of wear, which is to be expected. We encountered an issue with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't get very cold, resulting in melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom located downstairs in the main house, I wouldn't recommend it for guests with mobility concerns, especially since there's no shower or bath downstairs. Overall, it offers good value, especially when sharing costs among several families.

We arrived in the early afternoon after our flight landed around 1 PM, hoping to enjoy a meal before our 4 PM check-in. However, we were informed at 4 PM that our room wouldn’t be ready just yet because the cleaning staff were still on site. After waiting until nearly 6 PM with no updates, we reached out again only to hear there would be no news. Eventually, we got access to our accommodation at around 7:45 PM, only to discover there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers still renovating the space. They continued to cut tiles until about 9:30 PM, and the used bathroom fixtures, alongside a plunger, remained in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. There was no attempt from management to apologize or rectify the situation. I inquired about potential compensation for the late check-in and the disturbances, but I was told someone would need to check with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. This experience left us quite disappointed, and I doubt we would choose this property again.
