The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and only a quick 5-minute drive. The room itself felt rather cramped, equipped with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was out of order and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, which was over $300, I found it to be unreasonable for what was offered in terms of location and facilities. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb's policy. I hope they can consider adjusting their pricing and improve the amenities in the future.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette party here! The property was perfect for our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses allowed us to spread out while still being close together. The outdoor space was gorgeous and provided us with wonderful opportunities for photos. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was incredibly attentive and supportive during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone planning a large gathering!

I would give Kevin a full five stars for his hospitality, but there were a few issues with the unit that weren't his doing. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, and Kevin quickly took care of it. Also, I felt that one of the bathtubs could use a deeper clean. Lastly, the towels could be upgraded as they weren't very plush. I suggest the owner consider replacing them.

I had to take a sudden work assignment in West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful, reaching out right when I landed at the airport. The property itself is quite large, but he took the time to show me around so I could get settled in quickly. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
