Our stay at this Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent a full month here and it felt like home. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute ride to the airport without any disturbances, and a mere 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and dining options. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away, and a lovely 15-minute walk takes you to Clemantis, which boasts amazing eateries and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don’t need a vehicle to enjoy the surroundings. Kevin is an incredible host who makes everything seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he quickly arranged for someone to address it, and it was resolved in no time. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all our needs. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with our neighbors, and the pool area was a delightful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. With several properties under his management, he proves to be dependable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and Kevin’s other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.

The location of this property is fantastic, right near all the main attractions. However, the building is a bit dated. Communication with Mark was top-notch, he was very responsive. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are showing their age with some peeling. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and found it to be a cozy spot with an unbeatable location, though it does have some areas that need attention.

We arrived on an afternoon flight, touching down around 1:00 PM. After planning to grab a quick bite before checking in at 4:00 PM, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still busy and our check-in would be delayed. At 5:30 PM, we inquired about the status, but unfortunately received no response. After another hour, we followed up again and were promised an update that never came. Eventually, we gained access around 7:45 PM, only to find workers still busy fixing a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The noise of tile cutting continued until about 9:30 PM, and on top of that, there were used bathroom fixtures left in the kitchen area the entire time we stayed. To make matters worse, there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience we faced. I asked for a discount due to the late check-in and the issues we encountered, but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I can't see myself booking again.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t have been better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of neighborhood. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and many attractions were even within walking distance. The area was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a bonus. This Airbnb is a charming century-old house, and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The additional 'casitas' are a fantastic touch for larger groups like ours. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If I had to nitpick, I would suggest upgrading the washer/dryer and getting some new pillows, but overall, this is an excellent spot for groups looking for the ideal location in West Palm.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The host, Kevin, was incredibly accommodating and always quick to respond to any inquiries I had. He went above and beyond to help guests find last-minute rooms during DWD, showing great flexibility to meet everyone’s unique needs. The studio was beautifully designed and had everything I could possibly want for a comfortable stay. Being able to take a dip in the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, especially after long hours on my feet. I’m definitely planning to return!

Overall, we were really pleased with our extended stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to parking, a gym, and a fantastic swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.
