The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city! However, the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean and a few pieces of furniture were in need of repair, with some leather starting to peel. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my time here. It was a comfortable stay overall and the location can't be beat.

While there are a few minor adjustments needed, we were overall happy with our extended visit. The location is perfect, with a good parking space, a well-equipped gym, and an expansive swimming pool that offers stunning sunset views each evening.
This property was an ideal location for gathering my family in one place. I highly recommend it; just be cautious to check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, our plans for a barbecue day were interrupted as the pool had turned green and required treatment. However, the issue has been addressed promptly by the pool service. The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a fantastic host!
We had a wonderful three-week stay at this property and truly enjoyed our time here. The location was ideal for us as first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Most attractions were just a quick five-minute drive, and we even found several spots within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which added to our overall experience. The home itself is a charming century-old building. We particularly loved the pool and the cabana area in the backyard, which were amazing for relaxing. The additional 'casitas' were a great bonus for our larger group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. My only suggestions would be for a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, but aside from that, this is an excellent option for anyone traveling with a big group looking for a prime location in West Palm.
