We spent three lovely weeks at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been more ideal for us. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were delighted that we selected this part of town. Most attractions were just a quick five-minute drive, and we even found several places within walking distance from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of security. This charming property is a century-old home with a stunning pool and cabana in the backyard, plus the two additional 'casitas' are a fantastic feature for larger groups. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met throughout our time there. One minor note would be the need for updated washer/dryer appliances and a better selection of pillows, but aside from that, this place is perfect for anyone traveling with a big party looking for a prime location in West Palm.

The stay was fantastic! The apartment was cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. The complex features a lovely pool and gym, which I really enjoyed. Kevin was an outstanding host—always quick to respond to any questions. I'd definitely choose to book this place again. Just a small note, the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it was still very nice.

I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm for a month, and this place turned out to be perfect. Chris was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, he took the time to give me a quick tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned smoothly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

This Airbnb is in a fantastic spot with a lot of room to move around. While there are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, we were mostly pleased with our extended stay. The location is super convenient, offering a nice parking space, a gym, and an impressively large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

We had a fantastic stay here for work purposes and were thoroughly impressed. The accommodation offered ample space, and the beds were both clean and incredibly comfy. The two cottage rooms in the back provided the extra room we needed, each with its own bathroom which was a huge plus. We enjoyed using the pool area, nestled among the trees. Although we needed to use the nets provided to keep it tidy, we still relished a swim whenever the weather was nice. The soothing sound of the waterfall added to the serenity of the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It's conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, plus the beach is close by. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we had any inquiries. We would definitely love to return if we can in the future.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply outstanding! We were there for a month and couldn't have been happier. The location is fantastic—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the usual noise, and a short stroll of just 2 minutes leads you to a variety of shops and restaurants. Plus, the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. We also loved being only 15 minutes on foot from Clemantis, which has some amazing dining options and a wonderful farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Kevin was a superb host; he made everything seamless. When we ran into a small issue, he had someone come over to resolve it in no time at all. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly need. The other residents in the building were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. With multiple listings, it’s clear that he is both reliable and responsible. I highly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other properties to future guests.

The location is fantastic, but the building shows its age. I appreciated Kevin's great communication throughout my stay. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are showing wear and tear, like peeling leather. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a comfy space with a prime location, but there were a few minor issues.

We had a fantastic time in this spacious house for our weekend getaway. There were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some floor tiles being a bit worn out, but overall it matched our expectations perfectly. I would definitely consider returning in the future!
