Communication was excellent, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house matched its description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which wasn't operational, but the host came over promptly to confirm it was broken. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and since we were just in town for a wedding, we didn't need to cook anything elaborate. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches the host provided during our stay—thank you for those unexpected extras! We will definitely consider renting from this host again in the future.

What an incredible last-minute getaway! This apartment was exactly what we needed, complete with parking and a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. We were within a short stroll to all the essentials, like a Starbucks, shopping options, and even some great live music venues. While the couch had seen better days, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door quickly made us forget about any small imperfections. Highly recommend!
We arrived after a long flight and expected to check in at the agreed time of 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the cleaning staff was still working, and we were informed that there would be a delay. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we reached out again but received no clear answer. Eventually, we didn’t get access to the property until around 7:45 pm. To make matters worse, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and the workers were busy tiling the floor until late into the evening, creating quite a disturbance. They even left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen area throughout our stay, which was quite unpleasant. There was no apology from the property manager for the inconvenience, and my request for compensation for the late check-in was simply brushed aside. Overall, this experience was very frustrating, and I would hesitate to book with them again.
