Our stay at this Airbnb was truly exceptional! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport (without any of the noise), a mere 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute car ride to the beach. Additionally, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clematis where you'll find fantastic dining options and an amazing farmers market each Saturday. You won’t need a car to explore the local area. Kevin is an outstanding host; he made the entire process seamless. Whenever we encountered any issues, he promptly arranged for assistance, resolving everything very quickly. The Airbnb itself is spacious, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Our neighbors in the building were incredibly friendly, and the pool area was a perfect spot for relaxation. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make everything smooth for us. With multiple properties, he demonstrates a high level of trustworthiness and responsibility. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, as well as Kevin’s other listings, to anyone looking for a great stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. While the building has some age to it, the host, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice the carpets could use a good cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture were a bit worn with some peeling on the leather. Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay – it was comfortable and in a superb spot, though there’s definitely room for improvement.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It had plenty of space for everyone to hang out. There were a few minor things that needed attention, like the hot tub could use a good clean and the flooring on the main level had some cracks, but overall it matched the description well and we had a great time. I'd definitely consider booking this spot again.
