Private, non-sharing Lake/park front apartment, with quick access to 5 hospitals, downtown Orlando, restaurants, Intern'l Dr., all Theme Parks, Shopping Malls, and beaches.

Kevin came to our rescue late at night, around 10 PM, when we found ourselves in a tricky situation with our previous Airbnb that wasn't ready despite us having checked in. He made our last-minute arrival incredibly smooth and the apartment was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a range, a refrigerator, and a stylish sink and countertop. The bathroom is also modernized and includes thoughtful features like a dimmer for the lights. You'll appreciate the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, as well as the powerful air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of shelving and hanging space. Shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, adds to the convenience. If you need more space, the main house next door is also available for rent. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues quickly and pleasantly. All in all, this property met our expectations, and I would happily stay at Kevin's place again.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was fairly small, featuring just one double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower wasn’t working, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the facilities and location, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but the rate of over $300 seemed unreasonable for what was offered. I hope future guests see improvements in pricing and amenities.
