BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom, LUXURY backyard amenities

Peter was incredibly accommodating and skillfully resolved any minor problems we encountered during our stay. I would certainly suggest this place to others.

Our stay was fantastic for my sister's bachelorette bash! The property was a great fit for our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. We loved the two guest houses that provided us with enough privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect for memorable photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive during our visit. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with a bed that can be configured as either two twins or a king. The location is great, making it easy to explore the area. The kitchen has been nicely updated with everything you need, including a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom looks fresh and has nice touches like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans along with top-notch air conditioning to keep things comfortable. The closet is well-organized with racks and rods for plenty of storage space. You also get shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking, which is a bonus. Kevin, the host, was responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues we had quickly and efficiently. All in all, this place met our expectations perfectly, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.
