Stunning Furnished Designer Condo for Rent at The Waverly in Lake Eola

I can't express how wonderful our experience was at this Airbnb! We spent a month here and loved every second. The location is fantastic—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet so peaceful. You're mere steps away from a variety of shops and eateries, plus the beach is only a quick 10-minute drive. The famous Clematis Street, known for its vibrant restaurants and an incredible farmers market every Saturday, is just a 15-minute stroll away. You won't even need a car to enjoy the local delights. Kevin is a superb host; he made the whole process effortless. Whenever we had a maintenance request, he arranged for help right away, resolving any issues promptly. The space was cozy, roomy, and had all the amenities we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was a nice spot to relax. When we mistakenly noted the wrong checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth for us. He has several properties and is undeniably reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, as well as Kevin's other listings, to anyone looking for a great stay!

2025 Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were fortunate to find this gem at the last minute. The apartment comes with parking, a fantastic host, and is conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. It’s just a short 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shopping spots, live music venues, and more. While the couch shows some wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door quickly make you forget about those minor details.

I would give Kevin a full five-star rating based solely on his excellent service. However, there were a few issues with the unit that weren't his responsibility. One of the bathroom faucets was leaking, but Kevin had it promptly repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels provided weren't up to par. The owner should consider updating them for future guests.
