Kevin came to our rescue at nearly 10 PM after we faced issues at our previous Airbnb where the apartment wasn't prepared for our arrival. Thankfully, he was able to accommodate us at the last minute, and everything turned out perfectly during our stay.

We had a fantastic last-minute getaway at this apartment! It’s truly convenient with onsite parking, and our host was incredibly accommodating. Everything we wanted was just a short stroll away – Starbucks, shops, and great live music just 2 minutes down the road. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the windows really made us forget about those small imperfections.

The property is situated in a fantastic area, making it ideal for a family getaway. It felt safe and welcoming. The space accommodated our two families well. While the pool was inviting, it was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't operational. Luckily, the hot tub was a perfect alternative! The guest studios near the pool, though compact, offered great privacy for those who needed it. Being an older home, there are some signs of age, so just keep that in mind. We did face issues with the refrigerator and freezer - the freezer felt more like a fridge, resulting in melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor which might not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. Plus, there's no bath or shower downstairs. Overall, it's a reasonable value, especially when shared among several families.

Our work trip brought us to this delightful rental, and we were thoroughly impressed. The spacious layout allowed everyone to have their own area, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms in the back were ideal for added privacy and each had their own bathroom, which was a major plus. The pool area was inviting, surrounded by lush trees, and while we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean from leaves, we enjoyed swimming in it on sunny days. The gentle sound of the waterfall made for a serene atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix a pleasure. It's conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would certainly love to return here if we get the chance in the future.
