Our experience with Mark was fantastic! He made the check-in process seamless and was incredibly quick to respond to our messages. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. Mark took the time to meet us upon arrival, which made everything go so smoothly. He really knows the local area well, and his recommendations were spot on. The location was just as advertised, making it a perfect base for our adventures. Mark exemplifies everything you want in an Airbnb host. I highly recommend booking one of his properties!

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or about a 5-minute drive). The room was smaller than expected, containing just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was not working properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space and its amenities felt unreasonable. I hope they consider offering a more competitive price and enhance the facilities in the future.

Our family reunion at this property was fantastic! It's an ideal venue for gathering everyone together. I highly suggest this place, but do check that the pool has been properly maintained before your stay. We unfortunately missed out on our planned barbecue day because the pool wasn't in the best shape. However, the issue was promptly addressed by the management. Mark was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to our needs. Truly a great experience!

We arrived on a flight that got in around 1:00 PM, so we were hoping to enjoy some lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at that time, we were informed that the cleaners were still working and it would take a little longer. After checking back at 5:49 PM with no response, we followed up again at 7:02 PM for an update, only to be told they would inform us soon. We finally got access to the property around 7:45 PM, and upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom with workers present who were busy laying tiles. They kept cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM, and we were not pleased to find that the used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen during our stay. There was a distinct lack of communication and no attempt at an apology for the inconvenience. I even inquired about a refund due to the late check-in and issues we faced, but was told they'd need to consult the owners, and I never received any further communication. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend renting from them again.
