We had a fantastic time staying here with 11 friends for a bachelorette weekend. The house was spotless, just like the photos indicated, and was spacious enough for all of us. It was also a quick Uber ride to the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any inquiries I had. They went above and beyond to assist guests looking for last-minute accommodations for DWD, tailoring solutions to fit individual needs. The studio itself was beautifully appointed and included all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, really helping my legs recover after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan on returning!
We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight. We planned to grab some lunch and then check in at 4:00 pm, but when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer than expected. After checking in again at 5:49 pm, we still received no updates. Finally, around 7:02 pm, we were told they would keep us posted, but we only gained access to the property around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were there putting in new tiles. The noise from the tile cutting continued until about 9:30 pm, and we were quite surprised to find a toilet and sink left in the kitchen area during our stay. There was no apology from the host, nor any effort to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a possible refund for the delayed check-in and inconveniences, I was informed they would need to consult with the owners but I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I wouldn’t consider booking with them in the future.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to an emergency evacuation. The host was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund, which I greatly appreciated.

Our work trip here was fantastic! The house offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. We particularly enjoyed the two cottage rooms at the back, which provided everyone with their own bathroom and extra privacy. The pool area was a delightful bonus; though it was surrounded by trees, so we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean, we still enjoyed refreshing swims during the lovely weather. The gentle sound of the waterfall adjacent to the pool made our evenings even more relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, and we took nice evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It’s conveniently located close to Clematis St and City Place, where we found an abundance of dining and nightlife options, not to mention being near the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We would love to stay here again if it's available next time.

While there were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a thorough clean and some cracks in the main floor that could use attention, everything else matched the description well. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again.
