The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room is small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price, which seems excessive for the location and facilities, I was quite disappointed. Fortunately, Airbnb's policy allowed for a full refund, but I still find the cost of over $300 unreasonable for what's offered. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that better facilities are provided in the future.

This was a great spacious place for our weekend getaway with friends. We did notice a few minor things that could use attention, like the hot tub being a bit unclean and some cracks in the main floor that need fixing. However, aside from those small issues, everything was just as advertised and we had no major problems. I'd definitely consider booking this place again!

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. I had great interactions with Kevin, who was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, the building does show its age; the carpets could really use a deep cleaning and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, including some peeling on the leather. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot, though it could use a few updates.
