Fantastic location for our Airbnb experience! The apartment is quite roomy and comfortable. There are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the stay, but we were overall very happy during our extended visit. It’s conveniently situated with a great parking area, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The location was fantastic, situated in a safe area, making it perfect for our family getaway. The space was ideal for multiple families to share. While the pool was a bit chilly due to the heater not functioning, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was delightful! The guest studios by the pool provided good privacy, although they were quite compact. Be prepared for some signs of wear, as the house is older. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't freeze properly, leaving us without ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there is only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there is no bath or shower available on the main floor. Overall, considering we were splitting the cost among several families, it was a reasonable price for the area.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It was perfect for our group of 13, providing ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses were a great touch, allowing us to have personal space while still being close together. The outdoor area was beautiful and offered some wonderful spots for photos. Plus, the location was exceptional—just a short distance to downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't have been more ideal for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short drive away, and we enjoyed walking to several nearby spots. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which added to our overall experience. The home itself, a charming century-old property, features a stunning pool and a lovely cabana in the backyard. The additional 'casitas' were a perfect fit for our larger group, providing extra space and comfort. Kevin was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and eager to help ensure our stay was enjoyable. The only minor downsides were the need for a new washer/dryer and a few better quality pillows, but overall, this is a fantastic place for larger groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

The rental itself was very cozy, featuring two spacious en suite bedrooms and a welcoming living room area perfect for relaxing. It was peaceful too, which made for great nights of sleep.

We had a fantastic Bach getaway with a group of 11, and this house was just what we needed! It was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Plus, it was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. Kevin was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!
