We had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb for three weeks, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our choice in this neighborhood. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and a number of attractions were within walking distance. The area was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of security during our stay. This lovely Airbnb is a century-old home, and the pool and cabana at the back are absolute highlights! The two additional 'casitas' were ideal for accommodating our large group. The property manager was highly attentive and eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While the washer and dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows were not the best, overall, this is an exceptional option for large groups searching for a prime location in West Palm.
I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and was looking for a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and kept in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host gave me a thorough tour which made settling in easy. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight and were eager for a quick lunch before check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when we tried to check in at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After multiple inquiries, including one at 5:49 pm and another at 7:02 pm, we finally got access at around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there was significant plumbing work being done in the downstairs bathroom, with workers actively tiling the floor until about 9:30 pm. To add to the inconvenience, there was a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen area during our entire stay without any sort of apology or remedy offered from the host. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and issues we encountered, but was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

The owner was an excellent host, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very organized. My mother enjoyed her stay thoroughly.
I would give the host a full five stars on their service alone, but the property itself had a few minor issues that impacted my stay. There was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. I also think the towels could be upgraded as they weren’t very comfortable. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but these small improvements could enhance it further.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to an emergency evacuation, but the host was understanding and promptly returned my payment. I really appreciate the flexibility!

The location is fantastic, though the building itself shows some age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could use a deep clean and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, like the peeling leather on the couch. Overall, we enjoyed our time here; it’s a cozy spot with a great setting, just a few minor issues to address.
