This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every moment of our stay. The location is fantastic—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport (incredibly quiet!), a mere 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute ride to the beach. Plus, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clematis, where we found amazing dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You won't need a car to explore the area! The host was exceptional and made everything seamless. Whenever we had an issue, they arranged for someone to come over right away and resolve it. The Airbnb itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout time, the host went out of their way to help us out. They clearly care about their guests and have multiple properties that reflect their trustworthiness and responsibility. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of the host's other listings!
This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! It offered plenty of space for all of us, which was great. We did notice a few minor things, like the hot tub could use a good clean and the main floor has some cracked tiles that might need fixing soon. Overall, it matched the description well and we had no major complaints. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The location is ideal, featuring a convenient parking space, a well-equipped gym, and an impressive swimming pool where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over half an hour to walk and about five minutes by car. The room was rather small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the price in relation to the amenities and location, it felt rather excessive. Thankfully, the booking was eligible for a full refund according to Airbnb’s policy. However, paying over $300 seems unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the pricing becomes more competitive and that additional facilities can be provided in the future.
