Our stay at this property was fantastic for bringing the whole family together! I highly recommend this place, but just double-check that the pool has been cleaned before you arrive. Unfortunately, we were unable to have our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some maintenance and had turned a bit murky. Thankfully, they have sorted that out with the pool service. The host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay. Truly a great host!

Kevin was fantastic – incredibly accommodating and friendly. I can't express how pleasant he made our stay. The accommodation was very cozy, perfect for a small group with its two private en suite bedrooms and inviting living area. It was tranquil and very comfortable, which made for excellent sleep.

We were in a tough spot when we arrived after 10 PM, but thankfully, Kevin came to the rescue! Our previous Airbnb wasn't cleaned in time, and we were worried about our plans. Thankfully, Kevin's place was available for a last-minute check-in, and everything turned out perfectly.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything! The building itself is a bit dated, though. Communication with Mark was top-notch, he was very responsive. The carpets could definitely use a good cleaning, and some of the furniture is showing its age with peeling surfaces. Overall, I had a pleasant stay; it’s a cozy spot in a great area, just a few areas that could use some improvement.

The rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and only about 5 minutes by car. The room was small, containing just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not in working order and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the facilities, the price felt excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund due to AirBnB's policies, but paying over $300 for this space seemed unreasonable. I hope that the pricing becomes more reasonable and that better facilities are included in the future.
