I found the location of the property to be quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, equipped with a double bed, a couch, and a mini table, which felt a bit cramped for two people. Additionally, the shower was not functioning correctly, and I was disappointed to see that kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the limited facilities, the price seemed quite steep. Thankfully, the 100% refund policy from Airbnb was a relief, but paying over $300 for this space felt excessive. I hope future guests see a more reasonable pricing strategy and additional amenities added to enhance the experience.

Our work trip at this rental was fantastic! The spacious rooms made it easy for everyone to feel at home, and the beds were extremely cozy and immaculate. The two additional cottage rooms in the backyard offered perfect privacy and their own bathrooms, which was a real bonus. We loved the pool area, which was surrounded by lush trees; we did have to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but once the weather was nice, we enjoyed swimming in it. The gentle sound of the waterfall during the night added a serene vibe. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure; we even enjoyed evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is top-notch, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, where there are countless bars and restaurants, plus the beach is close by. Kevin, our host, was very attentive and quick to respond to our queries. We will certainly look to book this place again in the future!
