The location of this rental was quite far from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was rather small, featuring just one double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the state of the accommodations, the price seemed excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in line with Airbnb's policies, as the cost of over $300 felt unjustifiable for what was offered. I hope future guests might see a more reasonable pricing and improved facilities.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring cracks on the main level. However, overall it matched the description well and we had a great time. I'd definitely consider booking this property again.
We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for us. Since it was our first visit to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Many attractions were within a five-minute drive, and we even found some spots were easy to reach on foot from the property. The neighborhood felt tranquil and secure, which added to our overall comfort. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old residence, and we loved the pool and cabana area in the back. The two extra 'casitas' were fantastic for our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. While we felt the property could benefit from a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, overall, this is a wonderful place for larger groups seeking convenience in West Palm.

The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Managing the wishes of 16 guests is no small feat, yet they handled it with ease. Communication is key when renting an Airbnb, and this host excelled at it. The property description was spot-on, although the oven was out of order; the host arrived promptly to verify the situation. Fortunately, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t have any major cooking plans. We truly enjoyed our interactions with the host and appreciated the thoughtful surprises they provided during our stay. A massive thank you to them! We will certainly consider renting properties they manage again in the future.
Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! We managed to book it last minute, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus, and the host was incredibly welcoming. Everything you need is just a short walk away—Starbucks is only a couple of minutes on foot, along with shops and some fantastic live music venues. While some aspects of the apartment, like the couch, show signs of wear, the view from the window and sliding glass door quickly distracts from those small imperfections. Highly recommend this spot!
