We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! With 13 of us, the space was perfect – the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms ensured that everyone was comfortable. The two guest houses were ideal for allowing us some privacy while keeping the group together. The outdoor space was gorgeous and provided some wonderful opportunities for photos. The location was spot on, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive during our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for large gatherings!

We initially had a booking at a different property that fell through unexpectedly. Luckily, Ryan was incredibly quick to respond, and within less than 24 hours, we had a new reservation. He personally met us at the house, showed us around, and encouraged us to reach out if we required anything during our stay. His recommendations for local beaches, dining, and activities were top-notch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent an entire month here and loved every single day. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute trip from the airport without any of the noise, a short stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's a leisurely 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found amazing restaurants and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don’t need a car to have a great time in the area. Kevin, our host, was outstanding and made sure everything ran smoothly. Whenever we had any issues, he arranged for assistance right away, and it was resolved in no time. The apartment itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors were friendly, and we especially enjoyed the pool as a relaxing hangout spot. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make it as hassle-free as possible. He has several other properties, and I can confidently say he is incredibly reliable and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and any of Kevin's other listings to everyone!

This Airbnb is in an excellent spot, and the apartment is quite roomy. There are a few minor tweaks needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. It's conveniently situated with a great parking area, gym, and a large swimming pool where we were able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and only a 5-minute drive. The room was on the small side with just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning during my stay, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the facilities, the price was quite steep. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but I still believe paying over $300 was excessive for what was provided. I hope they can offer a more reasonable price and improve the amenities in the future.

Our stay at this property for a work trip was fantastic! The spacious layout provided ample room for everyone, and the beds were not only clean but incredibly comfortable. The two cottage rooms at the back offered great additional space, allowing everyone their own private bathroom. The pool area was a delightful bonus; although we did have to use the nets due to fallen leaves from the nearby trees, we enjoyed swimming in it whenever the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall near the pool was a lovely touch that made for a relaxing atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We found ourselves strolling to the nearby Publix in the evenings. This house is conveniently located near Clematis Street and City Place, which boasts a variety of bars and restaurants, not to mention the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any inquiries we had. We would love to return here in the future if possible.
