The property was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map; it took us over 30 minutes to walk there, or just about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a mini-table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the condition of the facilities, the price felt quite excessive. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb’s policy, but I still believe that the rate of over $300 is not justified for what was offered. I hope future guests can see some improvements and a more reasonable price point.
