We had a fantastic time at this property, perfect for gathering all our family members in one place. I definitely recommend it, but do check if the pool is in good shape before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to miss a planned barbecue day because the pool wasn't ready for use. Thankfully, the owner has taken steps to ensure this is sorted out moving forward. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. An excellent host!
I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm for a month, and I found this rental to be perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and reached out to me right from the time I landed. Although the building is quite expansive, the host provided a thorough tour which made settling in easy. The condo itself is quite roomy for one or two occupants, everything functioned as it should, and it was spotlessly clean throughout my stay.

The location of this property is fantastic, although the building shows its age. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. I noticed that the carpets could really use a cleaning and some of the furniture was showing signs of wear, like peeling leather. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, it's a cozy place in a great spot, just needs a bit of upkeep.
This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or close friends since the bed can easily be arranged as two twin beds or a king. The location is conveniently situated near many attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances, including a range and fridge, along with a stylish sink and countertops. The bathroom has also seen renovations and features thoughtful amenities like a dimmer light. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans in addition to the superb air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment. The closet space is well-organized with multiple shelves and rods for ample storage. Guests also have shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking, which is convenient (the main house is also available as a rental if you need more room). Communication with the property manager was prompt and effective, addressing a few minor concerns swiftly. Overall, the accommodation met our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
