This Airbnb offers a fantastic location with a generous amount of space. While there are a few minor enhancements needed, we were thoroughly pleased with our extended stay. The property is conveniently positioned, features an excellent parking spot, a gym, and an impressive large pool where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The location is fantastic, located in a safe area which made our multi-family getaway enjoyable. The pool area is nice, although we found the heater was not operational, making the water quite chilly. We ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was a pleasant alternative! While the guest studios by the pool are small, they provided the privacy some of us needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there's some wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't working properly, with the freezer not getting as cold as expected, resulting in melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn't recommend it for individuals with mobility concerns since there's no bath or shower in that area. Overall, if you're sharing with multiple families, the price is reasonable for what you get in this location.
The owner was exceptional, always available to assist with any inquiries I had. They went above and beyond to help guests, especially those looking for last-minute accommodations during DWD, and were flexible with individual requests. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing experience. Access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, allowing me to unwind and soothe my legs after long hours of standing. I look forward to returning!

The only minor point I'd note is that the actual decor was slightly different from the photos, but it didn't impact my overall experience.

It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, thanks to the versatile bedding arrangement that can be configured as twins or a king-sized bed. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions in close proximity. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a range, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom also boasts renovations, complete with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with superb air conditioning, ensure a comfortable stay. The closet has a smart design with ample storage options. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking available, which is convenient. The property manager was prompt in responding to our needs and handled a few small issues very well. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking again.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful for my sister's bachelorette celebration! This property was perfect for our group of 13, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms ensuring everyone had their own space. The two guest houses were an ideal setup, allowing us to enjoy our privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was beautiful and perfect for capturing memorable photos. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and provided excellent support during our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower facilities were out of order, and the kitchen was not equipped. Given the location and amenities, I found the pricing to be excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 seemed unreasonable considering the space and its offerings. I hope the owner considers lowering the rates and adding more amenities in the future.
We had a fantastic time at this rental with a group of 12 for a bachelorette getaway. The house was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit! The host was incredibly attentive and ready to assist whenever we needed. A wonderful place to stay!
