Kevin truly deserves all five stars for his exceptional hospitality. However, the unit did have a few issues that were beyond his control. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but Kevin promptly took care of it. Additionally, I felt that one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner. Also, the towels provided could use an upgrade. The owner should definitely consider replacing them.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM and were looking forward to grabbing a quick bite before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that our check-in would be delayed because the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM with no updates, we inquired again but received no response. It wasn’t until 7:02 PM that we received any communication, and even then, it was vague. We didn’t get access to the property until about 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until around 9:30 PM, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, they left a plunger, a toilet, and a sink in the kitchen during our entire stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, and when I asked for a partial refund for the late check-in and issues, I was told someone would get back to me, but I never heard anything further. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend renting from them.

We had an amazing getaway with a group of 12 for a bachelorette celebration. The house was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a short Uber ride to all the local bars and restaurants we wanted to visit! Kevin was incredibly responsive and provided great assistance throughout our stay. This place was simply perfect for our trip!

The accommodation was fantastic. It felt very cozy and the location couldn't be better. The amenities, including the lovely pool and gym, were a great bonus. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would absolutely return for another stay. The only thing to note is that the appearance was slightly different from the photographs, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience.
