Unfortunately, I couldn't make it due to a sudden emergency evacuation. I contacted the property manager, and they promptly issued a full refund. Very grateful for their understanding during this stressful time!
We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab some lunch before checking in at the scheduled 4:00 pm time. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, and it would be a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm, we inquired about the status but received no reply. By 7:02 pm, we reached out again for an update, only to be told that we would be informed shortly. Finally, we were able to enter around 7:45 pm, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom with workers still there laying tile. The noise from the tile cutting went on until about 9:30 pm, and they left a used toilet, sink, and a plunger sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was a lack of communication and no apologies offered. I requested a partial refund due to the delays and issues, but was told the owner would need to be contacted and I never received a follow-up. This experience was really disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider renting from them again.
The property manager was amazing, and the apartment was in pristine condition. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and free from any mess. My mother enjoyed her stay here immensely.
The host was fantastic, always quick to reply and very considerate. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the property. I would definitely recommend it to others!
We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring West Palm. As first-timers in the area, we were thrilled with our choice; everything we wanted to see was just a short drive or even a pleasant walk away. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which added to our comfort. The property itself is a charming century-old home, and the pool area along with the cabanas in the back were highlights of our trip. The two additional casitas were a fantastic feature for accommodating our large group. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, doing everything possible to ensure we had a great experience. Our only suggestions would be to update the washer/dryer and provide some softer pillows, but aside from that, we highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling with a large group and wanting the best possible location in West Palm.
