2 Bedroom Bungalow in College Park near Downtown Orlando

This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. It perfectly accommodates individuals, couples, or friends, thanks to the adaptable bed that can be arranged as either twins or a king. Its central location makes exploring WPB a breeze. The kitchen, which has been recently updated, includes a stove, fridge, and modern countertops. The bathroom has also received a makeover, featuring some nice details like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with efficient air conditioning, we stayed comfortable during our stay. The closet is well-designed with various racks and rods for ample storage. Having access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, was a definite plus, especially since it's shared with the main house which is also available for rent if you have a larger group. Kevin, our host, was prompt and helpful in addressing a few minor issues we encountered. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and we would gladly book with Kevin again.

The whole experience was seamless, thanks to Kevin. Even with our flight being delayed, he was there waiting for us at the house and took the time to give us a thorough tour. We truly appreciate all his help.
