The host was incredibly attentive and addressed every one of our inquiries promptly. Managing the needs of a group of 16 isn't an easy task, but they handled it with grace! Communication was clear and efficient, which is vital when booking through Airbnb. The property's description was spot on. Unfortunately, the oven wasn’t operational; however, the host came by swiftly to confirm the issue. We mainly used the stovetop since our visit was for a wedding, so it wasn’t a major drawback for us. We truly valued the helpful interactions with the host and the unexpected little touches they provided during our stay. A big shoutout to the host for their hospitality! We'll certainly look to rent from properties they manage in the future.

The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to assist us with our last minute reservation after we were forced to evacuate due to the hurricane.
We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm and expected to settle in after grabbing some lunch. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 pm, but when we arrived, we learned the cleaning team was still on-site. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we hadn't heard back, so we reached out again at 7:02 pm, only to be told they would keep us posted. Eventually, we were allowed in around 7:45 pm, only to find that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise went on until about 9:30 pm, and they left the used toilet and sink in the kitchen, along with a plunger, which was quite off-putting. The lack of communication and absence of an apology from the host was disappointing, especially when I inquired about compensation for the late check-in and the inconveniences. I was told they would reach out to the owners but never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed configuration can be adjusted to either twin beds or a king. The location makes it easy to explore the attractions of WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and stylish sink and countertops. The bathroom has also seen renovations, featuring nice little extras like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans, providing a nice breeze alongside the efficient air conditioning. Storage is ample, thanks to the well-designed closet system. Additionally, guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is great if you need extra space since the main house is also a rental. The host was very responsive and handled a few small concerns we had with ease. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking again.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the heater was not operational, so we opted for the hot tub instead, which turned out to be a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool were cozy and offered a nice sense of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the property has its vintage charm, so there's some visible wear and tear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't freeze properly, which meant our ice melted quickly. The stairs could be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor of the house, so it might pose challenges for anyone with mobility concerns. Also, there are no bathing facilities in the downstairs area. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the location, particularly when expenses are shared among several families.
