This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach area. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be arranged as twin beds or a king. The spot is conveniently located near attractions around WPB. The kitchen is beautifully renovated, featuring a stove, fridge, and stylish sink with countertop. The bathroom improvements are impressive as well, with thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area complement the great air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout our stay. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. We appreciated the shared access to a washer and dryer and the off-street parking available, which is shared with the main rental. Kevin, our host, was always quick to respond to our needs and handled minor issues efficiently. All in all, this property met all our expectations, and we'd definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment was cozy and inviting. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were a delightful bonus. Kevin, the host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I'm definitely considering a return visit. Just a small note: the space was slightly different from the photos, but it didn't impact my experience at all.

Kevin is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about his guests. He was quick to respond to all my inquiries and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone attending DWD with last-minute lodging needs. The studio itself is impeccably designed and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was a great added benefit, allowing me to unwind and refresh my legs after long days on my feet. I would definitely return for another visit!
