This property is located in a fantastic area with a safe and welcoming neighborhood, making it perfect for families traveling together. The pool was a nice feature, but unfortunately, the heater was not functioning, leading us to opt for the hot tub instead, which was enjoyable! While the guest studios near the pool are compact, they do provide a nice sense of privacy. Keep in mind that the house does show its age with some wear and tear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't freeze properly, so our ice melted quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main level, which could be challenging for those with mobility concerns, especially since there’s no bathroom or shower on that floor. Overall, considering the price shared among several families, it was a reasonable option for our stay.
Our stay was incredible! We managed to book this lovely apartment at the last minute and couldn't have been happier. It comes with convenient parking and the host was fantastic and very accommodating. Everything you might need is just a short walk away, including a Starbucks and various shops and live music venues—definitely just a couple of minutes on foot. While some aspects of the apartment, like the couch, show some signs of wear, the beautiful view from the window more than makes up for it. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected emergency, but the host was very understanding and issued a full refund. I appreciate their prompt assistance during this stressful time.
We arrived at the property around 1:00 PM after our flight, hoping to grab something to eat before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, it turned out that the cleaning crew was still working, and we had to wait longer than expected. By 5:49 PM, we hadn’t received any updates, so we reached out again, but it wasn't until 7:02 PM that we got any information, and even then, it felt vague. Eventually, we were let in around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor, making noise until about 9:30 PM. They even left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen during our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology from the host, and when I inquired about a possible refund due to the late check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told they'd have to get back to me, but I never heard anything. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend booking with them again.
The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Even with our flight being delayed, they ensured that someone was there to welcome us and give us a thorough tour of the property upon our arrival. We truly appreciate all the support!

The property manager was incredibly helpful and understanding during our unexpected stay. We had to book at the last minute because of the hurricane, and they made the process so smooth for us.
I had to make a quick work-related trip to West Palm and required an ideal spot for a month-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite sizable, they provided a thorough tour which made settling in a breeze. The condo is perfect for one or two guests; it’s spacious, everything was in good working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
