We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! Kevin was incredibly helpful and responded to all of our inquiries promptly, which made planning our trip for our friend's wedding a lot smoother. Hosting a group of 16 is no easy feat, but he was always there to assist us. The house matched the listing perfectly, aside from a minor issue with the oven that Kevin was quick to address. Thankfully, the stovetop was in working order, and we were only preparing light meals. We truly appreciated Kevin's hospitality and the thoughtful touches he provided. A big thank you to him for everything! We look forward to booking more properties managed by him in the future.

The location couldn't be better, though the building itself has seen better days. Communication with Kevin was top-notch; he was very responsive. The carpets could really use a good steam clean, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with some leather starting to peel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy spot with a fantastic location, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

We had an amazing time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 11. The house was spotless and looked just like the photos! Kevin deserves every bit of praise! He was incredibly responsive and addressed our concerns promptly. We did encounter a few issues, like a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin handled the repair effortlessly. There was also a need for some extra cleanliness in one of the tubs, and the towels could use an upgrade as well. A little attention to these details would make this stay perfect.
