I had to make a last-minute business trip to West Palm and found this place to be perfect for my month-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, they provided a thorough tour, which made settling in easy. The condo itself has plenty of space for one or two guests, everything worked great, and it was immaculate throughout.
We had an amazing time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 11. The house was spotless and just like the photos showed. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to all our questions. Highly recommend this spot!

The pool area, surrounded by lush trees, was lovely, although we did have to use the nets provided to clear out some leaves. Still, we couldn't resist taking a swim when the sun was shining! The gentle sounds of the waterfall added a serene vibe during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even took leisurely strolls to the nearby Publix. It's also ideally located just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of restaurants and bars, not to mention the beach! The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. If we get the chance, we would love to return to this lovely spot in the future.
Our stay for my sister's bachelorette bash was absolutely fantastic! The property was a perfect fit for our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms which made everything so comfortable. We loved the two guest houses, which allowed us to have our own space while still being close together. The outdoor area was gorgeous and ideal for capturing memorable photos. Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

Charming house located in a fantastic neighborhood! The host ensured the check-in went seamlessly.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to have lunch and check in at the planned 4:00 pm time. However, we were informed that our check-in would be delayed because the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we were still waiting, and it wasn't until nearly 7:45 pm that we finally got access to the property. On top of that, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and the maintenance team was busy laying tiles well into the evening, even using power tools until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they had left a used toilet and sink alongside a plunger in the kitchen, which was quite distressing. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the discomfort caused or any sort of compensation offered when I inquired about a refund for the inconvenience. This experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I doubt we would choose to rent from this host again.
