What a charming place situated in a wonderful neighborhood! The check-in experience was hassle-free thanks to Kevin's great communication.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with the guys. It offered plenty of space, although we did notice a few minor drawbacks like a somewhat unclean hot tub and some cracked flooring on the main level that could use an update. Overall, it met our expectations and we had a great time. I would definitely consider booking it again.

Our family spent three weeks at this Airbnb and we had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better for first-time visitors to West Palm; we were thrilled with our choice. Everything we wanted to see was just a quick five-minute drive, and many spots were also within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of security, which we appreciated. The house itself is a charming century-old structure. The backyard pool and cabana area are delightful, and the two additional 'casitas' are fantastic for larger groups. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. While a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the comfort, we still consider this a wonderful place to stay, especially for groups looking for an ideal location in West Palm.

Our stay at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration was fantastic! It easily fit our group of 13, providing ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone had their own space. The two separate guest houses were excellent for maintaining our privacy while allowing us to come together as a group. The outdoor space was breathtaking, perfect for capturing memories. Plus, being so close to downtown West Palm Beach was a huge bonus! The host was very attentive and responsive during our visit. I highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a large gathering!

The property itself is a charming century-old home, and the pool area with the cabana was an absolute highlight for us. We also appreciated the two separate 'casitas' that came in handy for our larger group. Kevin was an excellent host, always quick to respond and eager to help ensure we had a great stay. If I had to suggest improvements, I’d say an upgrade to the washer/dryer and some new pillows would enhance the experience, but overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a spacious and well-located rental in West Palm.
