The host was incredibly accommodating, arriving at nearly 10 pm to assist us after a mix-up with our previous Airbnb, which was not prepared when we got there. Thankfully, everything went smoothly with our last-minute check-in at this location.
We had an amazing stay here for our work trip! The space was more than adequate, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The additional cottage rooms in the back provided everyone with their own bathrooms and extra privacy, which was great. We loved the pool area; it was surrounded by lush trees, and while we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean, we enjoyed a refreshing swim during the lovely weather. The sound of the waterfall in the evenings was wonderfully relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, making evening walks to the nearby grocery store a breeze. It's conveniently located close to Clematis Street and City Place, with a variety of restaurants and bars, plus the beach is just a short drive away. The property manager was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs. We would love to come back again if the dates allow!

The owner of the property was exceptional, always available to address any inquiries and provide assistance. I truly appreciated the way they accommodated the diverse needs of guests attending the event, helping many secure last-minute bookings. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Access to the swimming pool was a delightful bonus, perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to settle in with some lunch and check in by 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at that time, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, we reached out but received no response. By 7:02 PM, we checked in again, only to be told that they would get back to us. Unfortunately, we weren't able to access the property until approximately 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They were still cutting tiles until around 9:30 PM. Additionally, the used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for the delays and issues, but was told that the host would have to consult with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. This experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
