The location of this rental is fantastic, but the building is showing its age. Communication from the host, Mark, was outstanding. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some of the furniture has seen better days, with a bit of peeling upholstery. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a comfortable setting and appreciated the central location, although there are definitely areas for improvement.

This place boasts a fantastic location, which we really appreciated. The building is a bit dated, though. Communication with Kevin was top-notch, making the check-in process a breeze. However, the carpets could really benefit from a deep clean, and some of the furniture is showing its age with peeling upholstery. Overall, I was pleased with our stay; it's a cozy spot in a prime area, just a few updates would make it perfect.
