Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to my stay due to an emergency evacuation. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner processed my refund without any hassle. I really appreciate their understanding and support during this tough time.

We had a wonderful time at this property, ideal for gathering our family in one place. I'd definitely suggest staying here, just ensure that the pool is clean before you arrive. Unfortunately, we missed out on our planned barbecue day as the pool went a bit green and needed some attention. The owner has since handled the situation with the pool service. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

We arrived on our flight around 1:00 PM and were looking forward to lunch followed by a smooth check-in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take longer than expected. After several follow-ups, we were finally allowed in around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and tile cutting was happening until quite late. Additionally, there were used bathroom items left in the kitchen, which was quite unpleasant. I reached out to the host about the check-in delay and our concerns, but received no follow-up or resolution. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I doubt I would choose to stay here again.
