The host came to our rescue late at night when our original Airbnb turned out to be unprepared. We were checked in there but quickly realized it wasn't clean. Thankfully, the host welcomed us at nearly 10 pm and made the last-minute transition to their place seamless. Everything worked out perfectly, and we had a great stay!
Our family had an incredible time staying at this rental. It was perfect for getting everyone together in one place. I would definitely recommend this property; just make sure to check on the pool’s cleanliness before you get there. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue because the pool needed some attention and turned a bit green. The good news is the issue has been acknowledged and taken care of by the pool service. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Truly a wonderful experience!

This guesthouse is a fantastic alternative to the often pricey options in West Palm Beach. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even friends, as the bed can either be used as twins or combined into a king. The location is ideal for exploring everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen is recently updated with a range, fridge, and modern countertops, making it a joy to cook in. The bathroom also boasts nice renovations, including thoughtful features like a dimmer switch. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area are a great touch alongside the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with plenty of racks and hanging space. You also have access to a shared washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is convenient. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions and handled a couple of minor hiccups with ease. Overall, this property met our needs perfectly, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from this host again.

The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The building does show its age, though. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a good cleaning and some of the furniture, particularly the leather chairs, were a bit worn out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a cozy environment with a superb location, but there are definitely a few areas for improvement.

I would give the host five stars for their outstanding service, but there were a few issues with the rental itself that can't be overlooked. There was a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly took care of it. Additionally, one of the bathtubs wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The towels provided could use an upgrade as well. I recommend the owner consider replacing them for future guests.
