Master bedroom in Downtown Orlando 32801

This Airbnb has a fantastic location and the apartment is quite roomy. While there are a few minor tweaks needed, our extended stay was very enjoyable. It's conveniently situated with an excellent parking space, a gym, and a huge swimming pool that offers breathtaking sunset views each evening.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, which was over $300, I found it to be quite unreasonable for what was offered based on the overall conditions and location. I was relieved to receive a full refund in line with Airbnb policies, but I hope the price adjusts to reflect better value and additional amenities in the future.

We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short drive away, and several spots were conveniently within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very safe, which was a pleasant surprise given how central we were. This charming property is an old home with a lot of character, and we absolutely loved the backyard pool and cabana area. The two separate 'casitas' were fantastic for accommodating our larger group. Kevin was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. A new washer/dryer and a few upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, but overall, we highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling with a group and looking for a prime location in West Palm.
