The location was ideal, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater didn’t seem to work, and the water was quite chilly. Fortunately, we made the most of the hot tub, which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool offered a good amount of privacy, albeit they were a bit small. Keep in mind that the house is older, so you may notice some signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly; the freezer was only slightly colder than the fridge, resulting in melted ice. The stairs could be tricky, and there’s just one bedroom located on the main floor, so it may not be the best option for anyone with mobility concerns. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower available in the main house downstairs. However, considering the price, it was reasonable, especially when shared among several families.

I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly welcoming and kept in touch right from the moment I landed. The building itself is quite sizable, but the host provided a thorough tour that made settling in a breeze. The condo is perfect for 1-2 guests, everything functions perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

We had an amazing last-minute stay at this wonderful apartment! It was perfect for our needs, featuring convenient parking and a very accommodating host. Everything you could want is just a short walk away—Starbucks is only a couple of minutes down the road, along with various shops and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the beautiful view from the sliding glass door quickly made us forget about those minor imperfections.
