One Bedroom Near Hospital Campuses & Winter Park

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb, and we couldn't have picked a better spot for our first visit to West Palm Beach. The location is ideal, with almost everything just a five-minute drive away, and some attractions are even within easy walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel secure throughout our time there. This charming home is over a century old, and the pool area with the cabana is a real highlight, especially for larger groups thanks to the two additional 'casitas.' Kevin was incredibly quick to respond to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. The property could benefit from an updated washer/dryer and some improved pillows, but overall, it's an excellent choice for large groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, perfect for our family getaway. We loved the space as it accommodated multiple families well. The pool was enjoyable, but it would have been better if the heater was functioning as it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool provided good privacy, though they are on the smaller side. This property has some charm, but keep in mind it shows signs of age. The refrigerator and freezer weren't quite up to par; the freezer barely chilled, leaving us without ice. The staircase was a bit tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, I wouldn’t recommend this for guests who may have trouble with stairs. Also, note that there’s no shower or bath on the main floor. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area when split among several families.
