Entire rental unit. Cozy One-Bedroom Retreat Close to Hospital Campuses & Winter Park

The owner was wonderful and the apartment was in excellent condition. It had a beautiful design, was spotless, and very organized. My mother had a wonderful time staying here.

This spacious rental was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did notice a few minor issues, such as the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring that was showing signs of wear, overall, it met our expectations. It matched the description well, and we had a great time. I'd definitely consider booking again for our next trip.

This vacation rental is simply superb! We spent a month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute trip from the airport (without any of the noise), a mere 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and a short 10-minute drive to a beautiful beach. Additionally, Clematis is only a 15-minute walk away, featuring fantastic dining options and an incredible farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the local attractions. The host was outstanding and made our stay incredibly smooth. Anytime we needed assistance, they arranged for prompt help, and the issues were resolved on the spot. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with all our necessities. The fellow residents were very friendly, and we loved spending time at the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. They have several listings and are extremely reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the host's other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.
