Quaint Downtown Bungalow 2/1

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city! While the building does show its age, Kevin was fantastic at keeping in touch throughout our stay. I do think the carpets could use a good clean and some of the furniture is showing wear, with a few leather pieces peeling. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and found it a cozy spot, although there are areas for improvement.

Our work trip turned into a delightful retreat thanks to this wonderful property. The spacious bedrooms had incredibly comfy beds, and we appreciated how clean everything was. The two cottage rooms in the back provided additional privacy and convenience with their own bathrooms. The pool area was a great feature, surrounded by lush trees. We did need to use the nets to keep it tidy, but the refreshing swims were worth it during the lovely weather. The soft sound of the waterfall by the pool created a serene atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, making it perfect for our evening strolls to Publix. Conveniently, we were just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are countless dining and bar options, along with access to the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we had a question. We would love to return here again in the future if it's available.

2025 Fantastic host and a lovely space to stay in.

We initially had another rental lined up, but it was unexpectedly canceled. Luckily, Kevin came to the rescue! He was incredibly quick to respond and managed to arrange our booking in under a day. Upon arrival, he greeted us personally, showed us around the property, and reassured us that we could reach out if anything came up. He shared fantastic recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and things to do. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Its location is excellent, right near Clematis St and City Place, where there are countless bars and dining options, plus the beach is just a short drive away. Kevin, the host, was always quick to respond to our inquiries. We would happily return to this wonderful place again when we get the chance.
