The owner was incredibly accommodating and the apartment was in pristine condition. Beautifully decorated, spotless, and very organized. My mother had a wonderful time staying here and was very pleased with the experience.
We arrived after a long flight, expecting to check in around 4:00 pm after grabbing some lunch. Unfortunately, when we got there, the host informed us that the cleaners were still working and we’d have to wait a bit longer. We checked in at 4:00 pm but were left waiting with no update until we inquired again at 5:49 pm. By 7:02 pm, we were still without any clear information and eventually gained access around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers busy tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until quite late, around 9:30 pm, and left used items like a toilet, sink, and plunger just sitting in the kitchen during our stay. The lack of communication and transparency from the host was disappointing, and I didn’t receive any acknowledgment of these issues when I asked for a partial refund for the late check-in. Sadly, this experience was not what we had hoped for, and I wouldn’t consider renting from them again.

This Airbnb is truly fantastic! We spent an entire month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better—under 10 minutes to the airport without any of the noise, just a short 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which features amazing dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You can easily enjoy the area without needing a car. The host was superb, making our stay incredibly hassle-free. Whenever we had a small issue, they arranged for someone to come and take care of it almost immediately. The accommodation itself was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we required. Our neighbors in the building were friendly, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to assist us. They have multiple listings and truly exhibit trustworthiness and responsibility. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

Our stay here for a work assignment was fantastic! The property provided ample space, and the beds were both clean and incredibly comfortable. The additional two cottage rooms in the back were ideal for giving everyone their own privacy with separate bathrooms. We loved the pool area, though we did have to use the nets to clear out some leaves from the trees nearby. Nonetheless, we enjoyed swimming there when the weather was warm. The soothing sound of the waterfall was a lovely bonus during the evenings. The neighborhood was calm and felt secure, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix very enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found many bars and restaurants, not to mention the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would certainly love to return for another stay if the opportunity arises!

We had an amazing time at this property with a group of 12 for a bachelorette getaway. The house was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to explore! The host was incredibly responsive and provided great assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway!
