Mills 50 District/Audobon Park Area Two Bedroom

The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was on the smaller side with only a double bed, a couch, and a little table. Unfortunately, the shower was not working properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the pricing, it didn’t feel justified for what was offered. I was grateful for the full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space felt excessive considering the conditions. I hope they can revisit their pricing strategy and enhance the facilities in the future.

Mark was an excellent host. He was quick to respond, very attentive to our needs, and so welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning!

After our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find this place. Mark was incredibly quick to help us secure a booking in under a day. He met us at the property to show us around and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. His recommendations for local beaches, dining options, and things to do were spot-on. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Every aspect exceeded our expectations.

We arrived at the property after flying in, expecting to check in around 4:00 pm after grabbing some lunch. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that our check-in would be delayed due to the cleaning staff still being present. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we had to follow up again at 7:02 pm, only to be told that we would receive information soon. Ultimately, we didn’t get access to the house until approximately 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor, making noise until about 9:30 pm. They left behind a used toilet and sink along with a plunger just sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. We were disappointed by the lack of communication and never received an apology for the inconveniences. I inquired about a possible refund for the delayed check-in and ongoing issues, but was told they needed to consult the owners and I haven't heard back since. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations and I would hesitate to book again.
