2BR/2BTR Condo in Excellent Downtown Location

I had a wonderful experience with our stay. Kevin was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt welcome, especially considering our last-minute arrival due to the hurricane situation.

The host was amazing—super friendly and always quick to respond. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but he was very accommodating and helped me sort it out!

Our stay for business was fantastic here. The house offered ample space and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two back cottage rooms were ideal for extra privacy, each with their own bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by trees. While we did have to use the nets to keep the pool clean, we still appreciated a refreshing swim during the warm days. The soothing sound of the pool's waterfall at night added a lovely ambiance. The neighborhood was serene and felt safe, allowing us to take evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The property is conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, filled with bars, restaurants, and the beach. Kevin, the host, was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely love to return here in the future if it’s available.

We had a wonderful time at this property, perfect for gathering the whole family. I highly recommend it, but do check that the pool is ready for use before you arrive, as we encountered some issues with it being cloudy, which prevented us from enjoying a planned BBQ by the pool. Fortunately, the hosts were quick to address the situation with the pool service. Mark was a fantastic host, very attentive and available for any questions. Truly a great experience!
