We spent three weeks at this lovely Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better. It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we are thrilled we picked this spot. Everything we wanted to see was just a quick 5-minute drive away, and several attractions were even within walking distance from the home. The neighborhood was serene and felt very safe, which was a pleasant surprise given how close we were to the action. The property itself is a charming century-old house. We absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the back, and the two additional 'casitas' were fantastic for accommodating our larger group. Kevin was incredibly responsive and eager to ensure we had a perfect experience. The only recommendations I would have would be to update the washer/dryer and enhance the pillows, but aside from that, I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a larger party who wants the ideal location in West Palm.

The location was fantastic and felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The space accommodated our extended family well. While the pool was lovely, we found the heater wasn't functioning, and since the weather was a bit chilly, we opted for the hot tub which was delightful! The guest studios by the pool were compact but offered the privacy we needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some areas show signs of age. The refrigerator and freezer had issues; the freezer didn’t freeze properly, leading to melted ice. The stairs were a bit tricky, and there is just one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, so it might not be the best fit for those with mobility concerns. Also, there's no bath or shower in the downstairs area. Overall, it was quite reasonably priced, especially if you're sharing the cost among several families.

Our group had a fantastic time at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! With 13 of us, it was spacious enough, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms which made everything more comfortable. The two separate guest houses allowed us to enjoy our privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was gorgeous and perfect for capturing memorable moments. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and provided great support during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, hoping to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that our check-in would be delayed because the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm with no updates, we inquired again, but our questions went unanswered. Finally, at 7:02 pm, we pressed for an update and were told someone would get back to us. We didn't get inside until roughly 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were maintenance workers laying tile until about 9:30 pm. They left used plumbing items in the kitchen throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, there was no effort made to apologize or rectify the situation. I raised the issue of a refund for our late check-in and other inconveniences, but was told they needed to consult with the owners, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I would not choose to rent from them again.

This Airbnb boasts an excellent location and a roomy apartment. While there are a few minor enhancements needed, my experience during our extended stay was quite positive. The convenience of the parking, along with a well-equipped gym and an impressive swimming pool where we enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening, made our trip memorable.
