Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and requirements. Managing the expectations of 16 guests isn't a small feat, but he handled everything with excellent communication, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house description was spot on. The only issue we faced was with the oven, which Kevin promptly checked and confirmed was out of order. Fortunately, the stovetop functioned well, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and the unexpected thoughtful touches he provided – a big THANK YOU to him! We will certainly consider booking more properties managed by him in the future.

Kevin definitely deserves a rating of five stars for his outstanding hospitality! Unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that were beyond his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin was quick to arrange for repairs. Additionally, I noticed one of the tubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not up to par. It might be a good idea for the owner to consider upgrading them.

We had an incredible time at this property, perfect for uniting our family! I can wholeheartedly recommend it, but do check that the pool has been maintained before you get there. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day since the pool wasn't in great condition upon arrival, but the issue has been quickly addressed since. Andrew was a fantastic host, always available when we needed him. Highly satisfied with our stay!

Mark is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcomed and catered to. His prompt responses and willingness to assist with last-minute accommodation needs truly make a difference, especially for those attending DWD. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the swimming pool, which was perfect for soothing my legs after long hours of being on my feet. I can't wait to return!
