The accommodation was fantastic! It was very cozy and ideally situated. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and well-equipped gym. Mark was an exceptional host, always quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely return for another stay. Just a small note: the apartment appeared slightly different from the photos, but it wasn't anything significant.

This place was perfect for our guys' weekend getaway! It offered plenty of space, which we loved. We did notice a few minor things that could use attention, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor. However, these didn't affect our stay too much, and everything else was just as advertised. I'd definitely consider booking this property again.

The location of this place is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the building shows its age. Communication with Mark was top-notch; he was very responsive. The carpets could use a thorough cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are a bit worn out, with some leather peeling. Overall, I enjoyed my stay; it’s a cozy spot in a prime location, although it does have its imperfections.

I had to make a last-minute work trip to West Palm and found this rental as a temporary home for the month. The host, Kevin, was incredibly welcoming and reached out right after I landed. Although the building is quite large, Kevin took the time to show me around, making it easy to settle in. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and everything was spotless.

This property was perfect for our family reunion, allowing everyone to stay comfortably together. I highly suggest this place, just be sure to check that the pool has been maintained prior to your stay. We unfortunately had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool was not in good shape and required treatment. However, the management took quick action on the issue. Adrian was a fantastic host, very attentive and quick to respond. Truly a great experience!
