The host was incredibly welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable.
We arrived at the property after a flight that landed at around 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy a quick lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, we learned that our check-in would be delayed because the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we finally got access around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still on-site tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until late in the evening, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, there were used bathroom fixtures left in the kitchen during our stay, which was quite unpleasant. Despite reaching out about our late check-in and the inconvenience, there was no follow-up or compensation offered. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I don't think I would choose this property again.

This property was an ideal location for our family reunion, allowing us all to stay comfortably together. I would highly suggest booking this place, but do check that the pool is in good condition prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool was a bit green and needed some attention. However, the issue was quickly addressed by the property manager. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic experience overall!

We had an incredible stay here, and it was just what we needed for a last-minute getaway! The apartment offers convenient parking and the host was fantastic, making sure we had everything we required. It’s a short stroll to Starbucks, shopping spots, and lively music venues, which was a big plus. While some furnishings, like the couch, show signs of wear, the stunning view from the window really makes up for it. Overall, a wonderful find!

Upon our arrival, they greeted us in person, provided a thorough tour of the property, and encouraged us to reach out for anything we might need. They also shared fantastic recommendations for local beaches, eateries, and activities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The check-in time was set for 4:00 pm, but when we arrived, we were informed that cleaning was still ongoing and it would take longer than anticipated. After multiple inquiries, we finally gained access around 7:45 pm. Unfortunately, we were greeted by maintenance crews working on a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The noise from the tile cutting continued until late in the evening, and some plumbing equipment was left in our kitchen during our stay. It was quite frustrating as there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the host. When I sought compensation for the late check-in and the issues we encountered, I was told that they would check with the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend booking here again.
Our team had a fantastic stay here while working on a project. The accommodations were spacious, and the beds were cozy and impeccably clean. The two cottages in the back provided us with great additional privacy and each of us enjoyed having our own bathrooms. We loved the pool area too; with all the trees surrounding it, we did need to use the nets for cleaning, but it was worth it for a refreshing swim on sunny days. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool made for a serene atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful and felt secure, and we even took leisurely walks to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a stone's throw from Clematis St and City Place, where we found myriad bars and dining options, as well as easy access to the beach. The host was exceptionally attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future if it’s available.
I can't say enough good things about the host; they truly deserve all five stars! Unfortunately, there were a few minor issues with the unit that were out of their control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host arranged for it to be repaired quickly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a thorough cleaning, and the quality of the towels could be improved as well. I would recommend the owner consider updating them.
