One Bedroom Near Advent Health Campus

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the otherwise pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's a cozy spot that's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends since the bed can be adjusted to either twins or a king size. The location is ideal, with many attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops and sink. The bathroom renovation features some nice details, like a dimmer switch for a relaxed atmosphere. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room to complement the excellent air conditioning. The closet space was impressively organized with shelves and rods for all our belongings. We appreciated the access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is shared with the main house (also available for rent if you're traveling with a larger group). Kevin, our host, was prompt and helpful, quickly addressing a couple of minor issues we encountered. Overall, the property met all our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

We spent three weeks in this charming Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location could not be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of neighborhood. Most attractions were just a short drive away, and we could easily stroll to several restaurants and shops nearby. The area was peaceful and felt very secure, which made our experience even more pleasant. This lovely Airbnb is housed in a century-old home, and we absolutely loved the backyard pool and cabana—such a relaxing spot! The two 'casitas' provided ample space for our large group, which was a bonus. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. If we had to suggest improvements, a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would make it even better. Overall, this is an excellent choice for large groups wanting to soak in all that West Palm has to offer.

Our stay here for business was fantastic! The space was spacious with comfortable, spotless beds. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided great privacy and each had its own bathroom, which was really convenient. The pool area is a lovely feature, surrounded by lush trees; we did need to clean it with the nets provided, but we still enjoyed a swim in the lovely weather. The sound of the waterfall at night created a serene atmosphere. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took leisurely walks to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is perfect—just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of bars and restaurants, plus the beach. Our host, Kevin, was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely love to return whenever the opportunity arises.

After our initial booking fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find this place. Kevin acted swiftly, helping us secure the reservation in under a day and was extremely welcoming. He personally showed us around the property and encouraged us to ask for anything we might need. His recommendations for nearby beaches, dining spots, and local attractions were spot on. Overall, a fantastic stay!
