I would give Kevin a full five stars based solely on his outstanding hospitality. Unfortunately, the unit had a few issues that were beyond his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not up to par. It would be great if the owner could look into replacing them for future guests.

Great spot with a prime location, although the building is showing its age. I appreciated Kevin's timely communication throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a good steam clean, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, particularly some peeling upholstery. All in all, I was happy with my experience; it was a cozy stay in a fantastic area, just a few minor issues to note.
