Entire rental unit. Charming Lakeside Retreat: 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath

The host was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries during our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, yet they handled everything with ease! Excellent communication made our experience much smoother, which is crucial for any Airbnb stay. The property matched the description perfectly, though we did encounter an issue with the oven not functioning. The host quickly assessed the situation and confirmed it was out of order, but we managed fine with the stovetop since we were mainly in town for a wedding. We were grateful for the thoughtful gestures and surprises from the host—an enormous thank you for that! We will certainly consider properties managed by them in the future.

Our stay here was fantastic! The property offered ample space, and the beds were really comfy and spotless. We appreciated the two cottage rooms in the back for added privacy, each with its own bathroom, which was excellent for our group. The pool area was lovely, nestled among the trees, though we did need to use the provided nets to keep it tidy. Nonetheless, we enjoyed swimming in it, especially on warm days. The gentle sound of the pool's waterfall added a soothing ambiance at night. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It’s conveniently close to Clematis Street and City Place, with lots of dining and entertainment options, plus it's not far from the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. We would happily return if it’s available again in the future.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to an unexpected emergency, but the owner was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I appreciate their flexibility and compassion during such a stressful time.
