We had an absolutely fantastic last-minute stay here! The apartment was ideal, complete with parking and a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. It’s so conveniently located—a mere 2-minute stroll to Starbucks and numerous shops and live music venues. While the couch had seen better days, the stunning view from the window and sliding door more than made up for it. We can't wait to return!

If I could rate Kevin alone, he would receive a perfect five stars without hesitation. However, the unit had some issues that weren't his responsibility. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. The towels provided could also use an upgrade as they weren't the best quality. I suggest the owner consider replacing them.

What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was exactly what we needed. There's convenient parking and the host was incredibly welcoming. Everything is within easy reach, just a quick walk to Starbucks, shopping areas, and live music venues. While the couch showed some wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door made us forget about that in no time. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! It comfortably fit all 13 of us, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone had their space. The two guest houses were an excellent touch, allowing us to enjoy some privacy while still being nearby. The outdoor area was gorgeous and provided perfect backdrops for our photos. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was incredibly attentive and supportive during our stay. I highly recommend this place for large gatherings!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment was cozy and inviting. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were a nice bonus. Mark was an excellent host, always quick to respond. I'd definitely consider staying here again. Just a small note—the apartment had a slightly different look compared to the online photos, but it was still lovely overall.
