Spacious 3-Bedroom 2-Bath Condo, Fully Furnished and All-inclusive

We arrived late in the evening and found ourselves in a bit of a predicament with our previous Airbnb, which wasn't ready for us. Thankfully, Kevin stepped in and offered us a place at almost 10 PM. The accommodation was perfect for a last-minute check-in, and we couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for gathering our family all in one place. I would highly recommend it, just check that the pool has been properly maintained before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to skip our outdoor barbecue day due to the pool issues, but they have taken care of it since then with the maintenance team. Tom was an incredible host and was very quick to respond to our questions. Truly a fantastic experience!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's cozy and perfect for singles, couples, or friends—especially with the bed option that can be arranged as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom is also newly renovated, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus efficient air conditioning, comfort is ensured. The closet is well-designed with ample storage options. Guests also have shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking—ideal if you have a larger group, as the main house is available for rent as well. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and addressed a couple of small concerns promptly. Overall, the property met all our needs, and we would not hesitate to book with Kevin again.
