The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the action! However, I did find the building to be a bit dated. Communication with Lisa was fantastic throughout my stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean and some pieces of furniture were showing signs of wear, like peeling leather. Overall, I enjoyed my time here—it's a cozy spot in a prime area, though it has a few quirks that could be improved.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout our stay. However, the building is showing its age; the carpets could really use a good cleaning and some of the furniture is in disrepair with peeling upholstery. Despite these issues, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time, though there are definitely areas for improvement.

We had an amazing weekend getaway for a bachelorette party with 11 friends! The house was just what we needed—spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos. Getting to bars and restaurants was a breeze with a quick Uber ride. Kevin was super responsive and offered plenty of assistance. Highly recommend this place for large groups!

I had to make a spontaneous trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. From the moment I landed, Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch throughout my stay. Although the building is quite large, Kevin provided a thorough tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself had plenty of space for me, with everything functioning perfectly and it was impeccably clean.

We had an amazing time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 11! The house was spotlessly clean and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. This place was ideal for our celebration!

We spent 3 weeks at this Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Most attractions were within a quick 5-minute drive, and several were even within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, and we were pleasantly surprised by how conveniently close everything was. This particular Airbnb is a charming century-old home, and the pool and cabana area at the back are absolutely wonderful. The two additional 'casitas' are fantastic for accommodating larger groups. Kevin was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The only areas for improvement would be updating the washer/dryer and providing better pillows, but overall, this is an excellent option for larger groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

What an AMAZING last-minute getaway! We were so fortunate to find this lovely apartment available. It comes with convenient parking and the host was incredibly welcoming. Everything you could possibly need is just a short stroll away, including Starbucks, shops, and live entertainment within a couple of minutes. While some aspects of the decor, like the couch, show some wear, the stunning views from the windows quickly make you forget any small imperfections.
