This place was fantastic! It was cozy and in an ideal spot. The complex featured a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note, the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it was still nothing to worry about.

I had to make an unexpected trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed. The building is quite expansive, but the host provided a thorough tour which made settling in easy. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in great working order, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or a short 5-minute drive. The room was smaller than I expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchenette was lacking basic amenities. Given the price point, which was quite high for what was offered, I felt it didn't justify the cost. I'm relieved that Airbnb's policy allowed for a full refund, but paying over $300 for this experience seemed unreasonable. I hope the pricing is adjusted and more facilities are added for future guests.
Our stay here for business was fantastic! The accommodation offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided great extra space, ensuring everyone had their own bathrooms. The pool area was a wonderful bonus, surrounded by trees, which meant we had to use the nets to clear it occasionally, but we still enjoyed swimming on sunny days. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely touch as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel secure, so we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, filled with great bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return if the opportunity arises.
